Ensure all merchandise is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack it securely in the original packaging if possible.

Ship the Package

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 7-10 business days.
